Guess Which One Of The Egg Do You Think Came From An Actually Healthy Chicken?

Unfortunately, a lot of people have a hard time telling the difference between a healthy, all-natural egg and an unhealthy one. Eating healthy eggs is vital for our overall health and well-being. The healthy eggs come from a farm chicken and are all natural and very beneficial, unlike the factory chickens, however, many people are not aware of the importance of eating them. This being said, we decided to help you learn which eggs are the healthiest ones and why.
As you can see in the picture below, there are 3 distinct types of egg yolk. The first yolk has a dark orange color, the second yolk has a yellow color, and the third yolk has a light orange color. So, what is your opinion? Which yolk came from a healthy chicken?

1. Egg With Dark Orange Yolk
If you thought that the yolk with dark orange color comes from the healthiest egg, then you are right. These eggs usually signifies that is extremely healthy, most likely to be originating from a chicken farm, where chickens get their natural terrain and all the daylight.
They are not kept in big dark rooms with no windows. What is more, these chickens usually eat grass insects, including ticks, spiders, crickets, and grasshoppers, which is why the yolks of these eggs are rich in nutrition.
2. Egg With Yellow Yolk
Eggs with yellow yolks usually found at a supermarket. In fact, these eggs originate from factory chickens. To be more specific, they are raised in huge factories, living in nightmarish conditions.
Apart from that, they are only fed grains, there is no enough space, no sunlight, and the rooms are dirty. The worst part is that these chickens have been hatched from incubators. This process is not all natural.
3. Egg With Light Orange Yolk
Eggs with a light orange yolks usually come from local groceries and these chickens were also raised at big farms, whose conditions aren’t as terrible as the ones in big factories, which are still not that suitable, but tolerable.
They lead a poor diet, comprised of grains only, without any natural foods which chicken enjoy and need in order to be healthy, for example, insects.
So for the healthiest egg in the image is number 1!
Not only are eggs that come from local farms much fresher, but the conditions under which the chickens are raised, are far better. These chickens are much healthier and the color of the yolks of their eggs signify this. If you’ve never tasted them, it’s well worth going out of your way to do so.
