Amber Alert Issued For 4-Year-Old Girl Believed To Be In ‘Extreme Danger’

FAIRMONT, W. Va. (KDKA) – An Amber Alert has been sent out for a missing 4-year-old girl believed to be in “extreme danger.”
West Virginia State Police say they are looking for Gracelynn Scritchfield. She was last seen July 6 in Fairmont, West Virginia.

The Amber Alert says she is believed to be abducted by her biological father, 26-year-old Arlie Edward Hetrick III.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety said Hetrick III is driving a Gold Subaru Forester with a WV/1TH163 license plate. The vehicle may have been spotted in Arizona.

She is described as a white girl with darker blonde hair. Her eyes are blue, she’s 3-feet tall and weighs 35 pounds.
She was last seen wearing summer attire.
